The CAF Executive Admin Affinity Group is a peer-group of executive admin staff and others who support senior-level executives at CAF member organizations. The group provides a forum to exchange ideas and resources with other like-minded individuals who perform similar job functions. There is no participation fee. The group is co-chaired by Monique Loseke, Executive Assistant at Bonfils-Stanton Foundation and Jenny Lehman, Executive Associate at The Colorado Trust.
The Southeast Colorado Steering Committee welcomes you to our 2010 Rural Philanthropy Days for Baca, Bent, Crowley, Huerfano, Kiowa, Las Animas, Otero and Prowers Counties. Save the Date! September 15-17, 2010 Rural Philanthropy Days gives communities access to newly identified resources, opportunities for collaboration, and capacity-building services in order to more effectively meet the needs of rural Colorado communities. The event is designed, organized, funded and planned by community leaders from the host region. Grant seekers, grant makers, representatives of public agencies, and elected officials explore new partnerships that lead to mutual understanding, successful grant proposals, and more financial resources for rural Colorado. Registration will open in June.

Grants Managers Network (GMN) members and nonmember grant managers are invited to join the Rocky Mountain Region chapter for their Annual Meeting and MicroEdge Road Show. Microedge will provide updates as well as “Tips & Tricks” sessions for GIFTS and FIMS. The last hour and a half of this meeting will be dedicated to answering your specific questions – those that aren’t typically covered in a “Tips & Tricks” type of session. The Colorado Aging Dialogue is an informal group of grantmakers and key community and government funding agencies that address aging issues, an affinity group of the Colorado Association of Funders. The group provides a forum to exchange ideas and explore ways to work together and maximize resources to best address the needs of Colorado's older adults and caregivers. National Symposium and Policy Forum exploring the intersection of housing and transportation. The MacArthur Foundation is sponsoring this one-day national conference and one-day regional session in Denver because of Denver’s expanding transit system.
